Glenn called when he said he was going to, arrived on time, involved me in the way in which he was going to work on each task (the kitchen cupboard door was not going to be straight forward but Glenn came up with a solution that worked) and carried out the work well and when he left, you wouldn't have known he had been, everything was clean and tidy.
